21-Day Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course

Ashtanga Yoga was revived in the modern era in Mysore under the guidance of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and his student Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Rooted in discipline, breath, and sequential movement, Ashtanga evolved into a structured practice system where asanas follow a set sequence, each preparing the body and mind for the next.
Our 21-Day Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course brings the essence of the original Mysore style into a guided, supportive space where tradition meets mindful awareness. Students will explore the Primary Series with techniques, alignment, breath synchronization, drishtis, and philosophical depth—building strength, stamina, and meditative flow.
Traditional Mysore-style approach integrated with structured teaching.
• Learn the Ashtanga Primary Series with breakdown, modifications & alignment.
• Develop tapas (discipline), strength, flexibility, and rhythmic breath control.
• Improve endurance, mental focus, and nervous system regulation through vinyasa.
• Guided practice to understand bandhas, ujjayi breathing & drishti.
• Gain skill in teaching both Mysore-style and Led classes.
• Suitable for practitioners who wish to build strength & structured practice habits.
