Singing Bowl and Sound Healing Course
The bowl is a symbol of emptiness and absolute receptivity. Emptiness is purity because when a bowl is filled by nothing, it will at its innate state exist as a pure bowl‘ and it thus gives a tremendous possibility for divinity to fill in.
Emptiness has always been an important part of the spiritual journey in Eastern culture. As mentioned in the Vedas and Upanishads, Ashramas are the stages in which well-defined actions must be taken to ensure stability, development, and timely progress in life and consciousness. The four Ashramas are Brahmacharya (studying), Grihastha (householder), Vanaprastha (retirement), and Sannyasa (renunciation).
Out of the four, Brahmacharya is considered to be a very important phase of consciousness evolution, where the whole life force is channelized towards realizing the absolute truth. During this journey, it’s very important to practice non-attachment and that includes Bhiksha(Begging). And to carry out Bhiksha(begging), the bowl (Bhiksha patra) is a vital part of the path.
‘Bowl’ also means the emptied ego and nullified doer consciousness.

Singing Bowl & Sound Healing
Singing bowl and sound healing is a deeply relaxing practice that uses therapeutic vibrations and sound frequencies to calm the mind and restore balance in the body. Instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, bells, and other sound tools are used to create soothing tones that help guide participants into a meditative state.
The vibrations produced during a session work on a subtle level, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote emotional clarity. Sound healing is often used to support relaxation, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
During the session, participants simply lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds and vibrations flow through the body, encouraging a sense of deep rest and inner harmony. It is a gentle yet powerful experience suitable for all levels.
