7 Day Wheel Yoga Teacher Training Course

While the Yoga Wheel was originally created by Sri Dharma Mittra in 1978 for spinal mobility, we’ve expanded its potential far beyond backbends. This training reimagines the wheel as a comprehensive tool that transforms your entire practice – from inversions to arm balances, from core strengthening to deep stretches. Discover how this versatile prop can become your ultimate partner in building balanced strength, confidence, and freedom in every aspect of yoga.

Why You Should Join This Course

  • Master Balance & Inversions: Use the wheel as a stable base to safely explore handstands, forearm stands, and challenging balances while building crucial core strength.
  • Build Functional Strength: Learn sequences that transform the wheel into a resistance tool for developing shoulder stability, core power, and full-body integration.
  • Beyond Backbends: Discover innovative applications for deep stretching, hip opening, and even restorative practices – making this your most versatile prop.
  • Adaptable for All Levels: Whether you’re working on foundational strength or advanced arm balances, our online and offline formats provide appropriate challenges for every practitioner.

This 7-day intensive program reveals the full spectrum of Wheel Yoga applications through three comprehensive modules.
