85 Hours Online Prenatal Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course

Prenatal yoga gently supports mothers through each trimester with safe movement, breath awareness, and relaxation. It helps reduce common discomforts, improves posture, and builds strength for childbirth. Postnatal yoga focuses on recovery, core and pelvic floor strengthening, and emotional balance.
