Move beyond the physical and discover the essence of yoga itself. Prana & Pranayama is the ancient yogic science of controlling the breath to master the vital life force (Prana) within you. This 21-day online immersion is not just an exercise; it’s a transformative journey to the very source of your energy, mental clarity, and inner peace.

This 2-hour daily program (1 hour theory, 1 hour practice) is designed for progressive, safe learning.

Week 1: The Foundation

  • Theory:Understanding Prana, the Koshas, the physiology of breath and the philosophy of Pranayama according to Patanjali.
  • Practice: Foundational techniques like Sectional BreathingSamavrithi Pranayama (Box Breathing), Viloma Pranyama, and Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath)

Week 2: Energy Regulation & Balancing

  • Theory: The Pancha Prana Vayus (Five Vital Energies) and their functions. The connection between breath, mind, and emotions.
  • Practice: Techniques to balance and direct energy, including Ujjayi (Psychic Breath)Bhastrika (Bellows Breath)Kapalabhati (Frontal Brain Cleansing), and cooling pranayamas like Sheetali.

Week 3: Mastery & Deepening Awareness

  • Theory: The subtle body, Chakras, and the goal of awakening higher consciousness. The role of Bandhas (energy locks).
  • Practice: Advanced practices like Nadi Shodhana (Channel Cleaning), Surya/Chandra Bhedana (Solar/Lunar breathing), and introducing breath retentions (Kumbhaka) and integrating techniques for meditation.
  • Morning Practice Session: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM IST
  • Afternoon Theory Session: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST
